  14. I'd like to buy a C compiler to use under windows 3.11. I'm not fond of windowing
  15. so I think of the Visual C++ for graphical functions ( which are, I think, easy and
  16. fast to use ).

  18. But is visual C++ ( last version ) working under win 3.11 or should I find a old 
  19. version ?? In that case which one ??
